Ms. Bovenzi is Cofounder of The Bovenzi Group, a boutique firm providing management and financial regulatory consulting services.
Previously, Ms. Bovenzi served as Chief Administrative Officer of Promontory Financial Group, a global financial services consulting firm. She also enjoyed a 20-year career as Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Resolution Trust Corporation. Ms. Bovenzi served in several other executive positions in the federal government, including Deputy Counsel to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, Vice Chair of the U.S. Attorney General’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and, through the FDIC, as Counsel for the International Association of Deposit Insurers.
Ms. Bovenzi holds a JD from St. John’s University School of Law and a BS in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
