Bill Bergin is Vice President, Senior Deputy General Counsel and Board Secretary at IntraFi. Formerly, he practiced corporate and securities law at Davis, Polk & Wardwell and White & Case in New York. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Bergin earned his BA from Yale University and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Bergin joined IntraFi in 2010.
